These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the premium subscription services offered by KGIL Fintech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) through the SwipeLoan mobile application and www.swipeloan.in (“Platform”). By purchasing or using any premium plan, the user (“Customer”, “You”, “Your”) agrees to these Terms.

1. Nature of Service
SwipeLoan provides value-added subscription services designed to assist customers in improving their credit health and accessing personalized financial insights.
These services include but are not limited to:

Important: SwipeLoan is not a lender and does not guarantee loan approval or disbursement. The subscription service does not constitute a loan facilitation fee under RBI guidelines.

2. Plans & Pricing
(a) Premium Plan – ₹199 per month
Includes:
• Detailed Experian Credit Report
• Personalized Loan Offers & Eligibility Insights
• Complimentary Basic Credit Improvement Plan
• Value-Added Protection Services: Personal Accident Cover & Tele-consult GP Service

(b) Plus Plan – ₹1499 per year
Includes all Premium features plus:
• Advanced Credit Improvement Plan
• Core Care Access (Unlimited GP Consults, Health Ecosystem Benefits, Accident Cover)
• EMI Protection or Hospicash

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. SwipeLoan reserves the right to revise pricing or benefits at any time with prior notice on its website/app.

4. Complimentary Credit Improvement Plan (CIP)
• CIP is included free of charge with every active Premium or Plus subscription.
• It provides personalized credit-score analysis, improvement tips, and monthly tracking.
• CIP services are advisory in nature and do not guarantee a specific score increase or loan sanction.

5. Third-Party Value-Added Services
• SwipeLoan partners with authorized service providers to offer additional benefits.
• Such services are governed by their respective partner terms, which users agree to when activating benefits.
• SwipeLoan is not responsible for the fulfilment, quality, or continuity of third-party benefits.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
• SwipeLoan provides its services on a best-effort basis and makes no warranty as to the accuracy of credit insights or third-party data.
• The Company is not liable for any loss, delay, or denial of credit by lenders, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Users are solely responsible for their financial decisions based on the insights provided.

7. User Obligations
• Customers must be at least 18 years old and provide valid KYC information.
• Users agree not to misuse the Platform or engage in any fraudulent activity.
• All information provided must be true, complete, and current.

8. Termination & Suspension
SwipeLoan reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of:
• Breach of these Terms,
• Misuse of platform or benefits,
• Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks.

9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Pune, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The language of arbitration shall be English.
Courts at Pune, Maharashtra, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Modification of Terms
SwipeLoan may modify or update these Terms at its discretion. Updated versions will be published on the website/app and shall take effect immediately upon posting.

11. Acceptance
By purchasing or using SwipeLoan’s Premium or Plus plan, you acknowledge that:
• You have read and understood these Terms;
• The subscription is optional and purchased voluntarily;
• You consent to SwipeLoan processing your data and sharing it with authorized partners solely for the purposes described herein.
