Declaration for CHR opt in while Loan disbursal
I hereby apply for Credit Health Report (CHR) from CreditMantri. I am fully aware that the CHR is being arranged to me by Swipe Loan as per my request.
1. I have understood the following are the features of the CHR.
a. Provides summary and breakdown analysis of my Credit Information Company (CIC) report and is subject to availability of details about my borrowings if any with the CIC
b. Contains personalized recommendations to improve and maintain credit bureau score.
1. I further understand that the CHR is being offered to me by CreditMantri Finserve Private Limited (CMFPL), and Swipe Loan shall not be responsible in any way with regard to the services provided.
2. I agree with the below Terms and Conditions:
a. By signing up for this product, I provide my explicit consent to and authorize CreditMantri Finserve Private Limited to pull my Credit Information Report from the CICs they work with
b. This consent will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date it is provided. During the validity period of this consent, CMFPL can pull my CIR from the CICs they work with. c. Whenever I log in to Swipe Loan’s platform and have an active CHR arranged by Swipe Loan, I give fresh consent to CMFPL that is valid for 6 months from the log in date. This will be used by CMFPL to deliver the credit health reports I opted for, until my purchase is active
d. The charges paid are non-refundable under any circumstance once the Service as explained in the point (5) of this terms and conditions has commenced.
- Unless otherwise terminated prior thereto in accordance with the Terms, the services under this Order shall commence on acceptance of your Order as mentioned above and shall be deemed completed when (i) your Credit Health Report (“CHR”) is sent to you by Swipe Loan or when (ii) Swipe Loan informs you that the CICs do not have a credit report for you, whichever is earlier.
You hereby understand and acknowledge that CreditMantri may suspend the service if it is unable to provide the service due application of new law or any changes to existing regulation. You hereby understand and agree that in case your authorisation should expire by operation of applicable law, CreditMantri is under no obligation to continue to provide you with services under this order. In such a situation, you understand CreditMantri is not obliged to refund any amount or provide any compensation for any unfulfilled part of period or tenure.
5. I understand that the data is obtained and presented by CMFPL based on information obtained CIC and hence for any query or dispute, I am required to directly contact the respective CIC.
6. I shall not hold the Swipe Loan or CreditMantri Finserve Private Limited responsible for any inaccuracies in the information provided.
